{"id":64803,"date":"2021-06-04T11:39:53","date_gmt":"2021-06-04T15:39:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=64803"},"modified":"2021-06-04T11:39:53","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T15:39:53","slug":"wellness-program-everything-you-need-to-know","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=64803","title":{"rendered":"Wellness Program- Everything you need to know!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Priority Health has provided us with unlimited resources regarding every faucet of wellbeing.\u00a0 Please read on for highlights of where and how you find those resources, along with the \u201cchallenges\u201d offered for the <a href=\"https:\/\/employees.nmc.edu\/depts\/human-resources\/total-compensation\/wellness\/index.html\">2021-2022 Wellness Program year<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>A Tutorial Video on how to access the Priority Health Wellbeing Hub <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/548059480\/6a350a4ca4\">can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Wellness Year (May 1, 2021 \u2013 April 30, 2022) consists of several components.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly Lunch and Learn Zoom Calls- covering a wide range of wellness topics<\/li>\n<li>Access to the wellbeing hub if you are enrolled in Priority Health<\/li>\n<li>Individual appointments with a wellbeing consultant from Priority Health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>September- <a href=\"https:\/\/employees.nmc.edu\/depts\/human-resources\/total-compensation\/wellness\/national-parks-step-challenge.pdf\">Step Challenge<\/a> (Race Around the World)<\/li>\n<li>November-January- <a href=\"https:\/\/employees.nmc.edu\/depts\/human-resources\/total-compensation\/wellness\/hold-it-for-the-holidays.pdf\">Hold it for the Holidays<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Year-Round <a href=\"https:\/\/employees.nmc.edu\/depts\/human-resources\/total-compensation\/wellness\/rewardable-programs.pdf\">Challenge<\/a>&#8211; Complete the Health Risk Assessment and 4 mini challenges of your choice.
