{"id":6341,"date":"2013-10-03T11:22:18","date_gmt":"2013-10-03T15:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=6341"},"modified":"2013-10-10T13:23:53","modified_gmt":"2013-10-10T17:23:53","slug":"september-nmc-scan-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=6341","title":{"rendered":"September NMC Scan released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The latest NMC environmental scan (NMC Scan) is now available for your review! <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This September Scan focuses heavily on three key NMC Planning Assumptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift from Time to Competency Based<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift from Place Based to Content Based<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift from Knowledge Ownership to Knowledge Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional topics covered are the assumption regarding education being seen increasingly as a private vs. a public good and technology and learning. Of course there\u2019s also the Things to Watch section and new vocabulary.
