Please submit your tracking log to Sarah by Tuesday, October 1st to be eligible for the prize drawing!<\/p>\n<p>-The Live United 365 Wellness Challenge began September 16th. It is not too late to register and help team NMC compete to win! Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unitedwaynwmi.org\/challenge\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.unitedwaynwmi.org\/challenge<\/a>\u00a0for info on signing up and how to log your miles.<\/p>\n<p>NMC Employees can <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/nmc.edu\/spreadsheet\/ccc?key=0Ak9vrYXv3h8tdEpkZnMtOVpNeVdZQzhoR1JiVVJ5Smc&amp;usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\">access a spreadsheet for easy quick weekly tracking here<\/a>. You will still need to enter your daily miles on <a href=\"http:\/\/walkingworks.com\" target=\"_blank\">walkingworks.com<\/a>, but the spreadsheet can help you track your daily miles, so that you can update the challenge website accurately. Daily miles can be back-logged, meaning if you sign up today, you can earn miles for every day you completed the healthy behaviors since Sept 16th, when the challenge began.<\/p>\n<p>-Mark your calendars!! October 18th will be our 2nd annual Wellness Expo. It will be held at the Oleson Center.
