This honorary award was established in 1988 to recognize NMC alumni who are noteworthy for one or more of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continued donation of time, talent, resources and enthusiasm on behalf of the college<\/li>\n<li>Significant professional achievements<\/li>\n<li>Exemplary leadership in community and professional activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmc.edu\/info-for\/alumni\/outstanding-alumni-nomination.html\">Nomination forms are available online<\/a> and must be submitted by Feb. 29.\u00a0 A committee of alumni representatives reviews the nominations in March, making a final recommendation to the NMC President in early April. The recipient is officially introduced at NMC&#8217;s commencement ceremony, to be held May 5.
