While the team had discussed bits and pieces of a way for stakeholders to connect through a virtual BBQ, it was Carly, with the urging of foundation volunteers who jumped in with a collection of ideas and the will to get it done! She took the lead reaching out to programs, coordinating web development, and the overarching strategy to maintain the opportunity for our community to connect with NMC through the BBQ, during the coronavirus stay at home order.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-51670\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/AdobeStock_589564120.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"71\" height=\"104\" \/>Experts suggest maintaining an \u201cattitude of gratitude\u201d\u00a0 increases positivity for yourself and for others. During our \u201cStay Home, Stay Safe\u201d directive, please encourage your colleagues by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmc.edu\/departments\/human-resources\/kudos.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">submitting a <strong>KUDOS<\/strong><\/a>.
