Guides provide support to newly hired faculty and staff members during their transition to NMC, befriending them, answering questions and introducing them to\u00a0colleagues\u00a0from outside their immediate work area.<\/p>\n<p>If serving as a Peer Guide sounds rewarding, please review the website <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/human-resources\/employee-resources\/peer-guide\/new-guide.html\">here<\/a> which outlines the program and includes an informational form to complete. Please return the completed form to any member of the Peer Guide Committee or to the Human Resources Department.
