The NMC Extended Education department is now launching it&#8217;s new &#8220;Fit For Spring&#8221; campaign, inviting all students, faculty, and staff members to participate in a variety of health and wellness classes around campus and the community. From Zumba, to Strength\u00a0Training, to connecting with a Personal Trainer, we are\u00a0encouraging\u00a0everyone to look and feel their best. We welcome anyone and everyone to our fun, upbeat, and encouraging classes, regardless if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.
