2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Register your card at the Click here to sign up prompt.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An email will be sent to confirm registration.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Respond to email confirmation.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow the instructions within the email.<\/p>\n
