Kudos, to Dave Sexton<\/strong> and KanDee Sheffer<\/strong> for their professionalism, hard work, and contributions at East\u00a0Hall, the students and staff are very appreciate of both of them.<\/p>\n

Kudos, to the Maintenance Services team<\/strong>, for the month of September, they allocated 104 transactions,\u00a0had $.00 sales tax and all of their receipts and requisitions were received in the Business Office on time! \u00a0Good job!<\/p>\n

Thank you, to the Business academic area<\/strong>, for collecting over 400 items for the food drive. It helped us\u00a0surpass our goal of 10,000 and reach over 18,000 items.<\/p>\n

Thank you, to Lisa Blackford and class<\/strong> for helping us help our community by collecting food and\u00a0household items for the local pantries. Thank you, for taking the time and resources to help! We\u00a0appreciate it!<\/p>\n

Thank you, Brandon Everest<\/strong>, for coming to help us unload the food for the Food for Thought project. We\u00a0were excited you were there!<\/p>\n

Thank you, to the Osterlin team<\/strong>, for collecting food for our class project! We have some great pictures\u00a0of you building a huge can pyramid out of all the food you collected. Thank you, for coming together and\u00a0helping our community!<\/p>\n

For 10 years, Elizabeth Stevens<\/strong> has been organizing GirlTECH at NMC. This is a daylong non-traditional\u00a0career seminar for 10th grade female students in collaboration with TBA-ISD. This year over 200 students\u00a0from more than 20 school districts attended the event on Wednesday, November 14. Young women met\u00a0with 10 different female professionals working in non-traditional career fields, such as aviation, maritime,\u00a0construction, mechanics, information technology, law enforcement and engineering. Elizabeth worked
\ntirelessly and with great poise under pressure and not only represented NMC as an incredible female\u00a0leader, but also promoted higher education and STEM career paths for these young women, all of whom\u00a0could be future NMC students!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
