The Freshwater Summit is a conference of environmental professionals and engaged citizens focusing on current issues facing the Great Lakes region.<\/p>\n<p>Select topics include meteotsunamis in the Great Lakes, the FishPass project on the Boardman River, swimmer&#8217;s itch, and harmful algae blooms.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is available online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gtbay.org\/our-programs\/freshwater-summit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gtbay.org<\/a>. Cost is $35\/person or $15\/student and includes lunch.
