However, YOU can sign up at anytime! Participants earn &#8220;miles&#8221; daily in several categories, including physical activity, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and community health.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Physical Health:<\/strong>\u00a0 Record your minutes of physical activity on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.walkingworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">WalkingWorks<\/a>\u00a0website.\u00a0 The minutes will be converted to miles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Healthy Behaviors:<\/strong>\u00a0 Record your healthy lifestyle behaviors as miles on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.walkingworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">WalkingWorks<\/a>\u00a0website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unitedwaynwmi.org\/sites\/unitedwaynwmi.org\/files\/Mileage%20chart.doc\" target=\"_blank\">see chart<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community \u00a0Health:<\/strong>\u00a0 Workplace Campaign.\u00a0 Your gift of time and treasure will be recorded by your Workplace Campaign Coordinator and will count toward the competition.\u00a0 Hours of volunteer service will be recorded as well as campaign participation rate for your company as a whole, you can record your hours on our volunteer website,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.volunteernwmi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.volunteernwmi.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How to Participate<\/strong>: \u00a0Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.walkingworks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.WalkingWorks.com<\/a>\u00a0<wbr>and sign up.
