The faculty have graded final papers with speed
\nFor those giving essays an impressive deed.
\nA night of support in the library found
\nYou really can work in a building with sound.<\/p>\n
We all find ourselves here on the shores of the Bay
\nEating and drinking the evening away
\nOur colleagues and friends a team one and all
\nWorked tirelessly to find student success this past fall.<\/p>\n
Now Kennard! Now Marilyn!
\nNow Michael and Ross.
\nOn Rachel! On Chris!
\nOn Douglas as well.
\nYour work as our new Board is given for free
\nPlease know we value the service coming from thee.<\/p>\n
Our contractors are placing new dorm walls with care
\nAnd this coming August we\u2019ll find students there!
\nThe Dennos is rattling and shaking as concrete is cast
\nAnd come sometime next fall will be completed at last.<\/p>\n
Now I want you each to know how I feel
\nThe way you change lives is a really big deal.
\nI can\u2019t say it enough that I value you all
\nThank you so much for another great fall.<\/p>\n
As you visit with family or travel afar,
\nWe\u2019ll see you in January all ready to star.
\nBe safe and be rested and come back to us then
\nBecause we\u2019ll all be together and start over again.<\/p>\n
