Kudos to\u00a0 Zach Whitaker, Jennifer Walker, Joel Papcun, Shawn Burks, Fred, Laughlin Linda Laughlin, Robert George, Dean Haselton, Jason Smith-\u00a0 <\/strong>Thank you to all who worked to honor our 2016 GLCI graduates and their families at the graduation brunch last week.<\/p>\n

Kudos to Linda Glaesmer and Cleaning Crew-\u00a0 <\/strong>Linda and her awesome cleaning crew exceeded expectations on turning over some apartments that were needed for interns immediately after the current tenants had moved out. Due to their hard work, diligence, flexibility, and willingness to coordinate schedules, they were able to get one of the apartments move in ready in only 1 day and satisfy the housing needs of a summer intern. Thanks Everyone!<\/p>\n

Kudos to Todd Haines <\/strong>who worked tirelessly to stay ahead of the cleaning crew’s tight schedule by making repairs to the apartments as soon as the move out inspections were completed. This allowed the cleaning crew to get in and get the apartments ready in record time to accommodate summer interns that needed apartments immediately after the current tenants moved out.\u00a0 Thanks Todd for keeping things moving forward and smoothly in these hectic times!<\/p>\n

Kudos to Ed Blough and Facilities <\/strong>who went above and beyond by moving furniture left in one apartment to a tenant in need in another apartment.\u00a0 Ed Blough also donated his own furniture to help the tenant out.\u00a0 The tenant was very appreciative for all the furniture and items that was received.\u00a0 Thanks for all you do!<\/p>\n

Kudos<\/strong> to everyone at Extended Education<\/strong> for their very successful Campus Day on Friday, May 13th. There were 420 learners registered for an-all day collection of life academy classes. These students are the epitome of Lifelong Learners!<\/p>\n

Kudos to the excellent staff of the Hawk Owl cafe<\/strong>. During the week of May 9th, the cafe staff produced over 750 boxed lunches for TEDx and the University Center Campus Day even this week. In addition, the cafe is open this summer with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner being served. Even during busy times, this group consistently provides customer service with a smile!
