While <em>Crucial Conversations for Accountability<\/em> may sound like a \u201cgotcha\u201d approach, it is exactly the opposite. The training provides practical tools grounded in mutual respect, active listening and collaborative problem-solving. During this two-day training, learn how to have difficult conversations in a way that solves problems while improving relationships.
