It\u2019s not just about being seen, it\u2019s about being understood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, NMC has grown in powerful ways, through new programs, deeper partnerships, and a commitment to innovation. Our updated brand reflects all that momentum. It honors where we\u2019ve been, but is designed to help us move forward together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What does all that mean for you? Will it change how you do your job? Yes and no.
