An amazing amount of work was accomplished in the last three years! Look for a summary of the plan, including successes and opportunities at an upcoming Board of Trustees meeting. THANK YOU to all who played important roles in its success!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Since June, the Strategic Initiatives team has been gathering feedback for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1IHjfIA8NlCEPYqsHc1TzzQOH38YPqsgX\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1IHjfIA8NlCEPYqsHc1TzzQOH38YPqsgX\/view?usp%3Dsharing&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1754164929168000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1Phs4IzDgDaLqXo6tWuLTE\">development of the next strategic plan<\/a> that is expected to launch in early 2026. Approximately 80% of the strategies will be carryover strategies as they align with college priorities. Another 20% will be new, emerging topics.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Strategic Plan Steering Committee\u00a0helped validate a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1oFpK-8zBJkYAaVKjpIEhlk-EkN2PgGHR\/view?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1oFpK-8zBJkYAaVKjpIEhlk-EkN2PgGHR\/view?usp%3Ddrive_link&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1754164929168000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2TcZ-IsM9DNMuKw3DlTr4i\">timeline<\/a> and provided some initial feedback. Leadership Council hosted a workshop dedicated to preliminary strategy development, providing strong guidance and ideas to revise and improve the strategies. Work will be ongoing with both groups.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In addition, a number of outreach\/brainstorming sessions will be scheduled with departments, programs and employee\/student groups this fall. Look for those invitations to be forthcoming as we look to launch the next strategic plan!
