Supervisors should review them by July 21 so employees can start working on their goals.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"776\">Need help? View this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iorad.com\/player\/2445267\/Standard-TrainingBytes---Goal-Creation---Management?#trysteps-1\">ClearCo Goal Creation and Management video<\/a> for step-by-step instructions.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\"><strong>Key Reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">Set goal dates to: July 1, 2025 &#8211; June 30, 2026\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">ClearCo sorts goals by fiscal year. Details<em> on how to review goal dates can be found below*<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">No electronic submission\/approval needed in ClearCo.\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">Supervisors and employees should discuss and agree on the goals in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisors:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>You&#8217;ll receive an email when goals are added\/updated. Supervisors are able to edit employee goals. If you can\u2019t see an employee\u2019s goals, the employee should \u201cEdit\u201d each goal and make sure the My Supervisor box is checked.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">All employees need at least 4 goals.<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">Updated goals throughout the year during your one-on-one to keep them current.<\/li>\n<li>Mark goals as &#8220;Complete&#8221; if they will not continue into 2025-2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"872\">View the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1-9bJBLwFPqPpZQVCbl1mxjiipI-vus0BPOZpXeSMxv8\/edit?usp=sharing\">staff performance and goals calendar<\/a> dates.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1490\">If you need assistance, please submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.nmc.edu\/a\/dashboard\/default\">HelpDesk ticket<\/a> for the fastest response time.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1490\"><b>*How to Check Your Goal Dates in ClearCo:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Go to MyNMC &gt; ADP &gt; ADP+ClearCo &gt; Goals tab.<\/li>\n<li>Use the drop-down (top right) to view by fiscal year:\n<ul>\n<li>Current Fiscal Year\u00a0= July 1, 2025 \u2013 June 30, 2026<\/li>\n<li>Last Fiscal Year\u00a0= Review and update any outdated goal dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use\u00a0<i>Edit<\/i>\u00a0to adjust goal dates as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Completed goals appear on the lower right side of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a friendly reminder that the due date for staff goals to be entered in ClearCo is July 16.
