Specifically, more employees will be eligible for overtime pay \u2014 this includes those currently salaried employees who earn below a salary threshold of $58,656 annually. Teaching positions are exempt from the salary threshold requirement.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently reviewing these changes and how it impacts NMC positions.
