This in-person, experiential learning based course provides a step-by-step process, tools, and support for resolving performance gaps, enhancing accountability, reducing resentment, eliminating inconsistency, and improving performance both at a professional and a personal level. During this 2-day training, learn how to have those difficult conversations in a way that solves problems while improving relationships.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no cost to employees for this course. Participants receive a free copy of the book Crucial Accountability<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n
