{"id":14440,"date":"2015-11-04T15:44:18","date_gmt":"2015-11-04T20:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=14440"},"modified":"2015-11-06T15:34:48","modified_gmt":"2015-11-06T20:34:48","slug":"strategic-plan-available-and-operational-planning-underway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.nmc.edu\/?p=14440","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Plan available and operational planning underway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NMC\u2019s updated strategic plan is now available for review on the Office of Research, Planning, and Effectiveness (ORPE) intranet site located<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/strategy.html\">here<\/a><\/strong> under the heading \u201cFY17 Strategy Documents\u201d. \u00a0The development of this plan began in the summer months with an initial review by President\u2019s Council. A draft version was made available in October to Leadership Group during a two week comment period.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The strategic plan provides a high level roadmap for the progress the college intends to make as a campus community towards achieving our strategic directions and making continuous improvement with the institutional effectiveness criteria. This is important work that we can all have a part in achieving together. \u00a0It is important to remember that this is a living document and it will continue to go through regular check and adjust. Revisions will be shared via the ORPE intranet pages.<\/p>\n<p>The college is now formally entering the operational planning phase of our Aligned Planning process. Revised operational plan A3 templates for FY\u201917 are available on the ORPE intranet site located<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/employees.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/templates.html\">here<\/a>.<\/strong> \u00a0Again this year, we are supporting both a Word version and a Google Docs version of the operational A3. Updated program review data are also available on the ORPE intranet site located <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/data\/program-review\/index.html\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Departmental operational plan A3\u2019s are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>due by February 15, 2016<\/strong><\/span> to ORPE. A submission form can be found <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/contact.html\">here<\/a><\/strong>.
