The results were sent out to the campus via email on Thursday, May 3. It is also available on the NMC Intranet along with the reports from 2010 and 2011. The link is:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/research\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/<wbr>depts\/orpe\/research\/index.html<\/wbr><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These results are intended to help NMC shape continuous improvement efforts related to attracting, developing and retaining talent as well as suggest opportunities for process improvement.
