\"what'sJoin us in the West Hall conference room for the exciting NEW student talk series! October 21 from 8:30-10 p.m. or October 22 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. October’s topic:\u00a0Barriers to Women’s Education Around the World: What Can You Do?<\/p>\n

Come join fellow students for a living room-style discussion on a specific global hot topic each month.\u00a0 This month’s discussion will be hosted in partnership with Phi Theta Kappa.\u00a0 This program is student-led with discussion prompts as well as a short video clip or news feature as a lead in.\u00a0 These events are designed to inform students, pique curiosity, build community and keep you in the know.\u00a0 No prior knowledge on the topics is required or expected.\u00a0 We will also provide snacks at each event so bring your friends and let’s start asking, “What’s Up World?”<\/p>\n
