\u201cThe Leadership Cohort was a great experience! Not only did I learn more about my colleagues, I learned a lot about myself and my leadership style. \u00a0I would recommend this to anyone, not just those who supervise. \u00a0We are all leaders in our roles at NMC.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFoundations of Leadership is a great way to learn about yourself, your leadership strengths to build upon, and areas to focus on to grow your skills. The safe environment makes it easy to speak freely about challenges and how to overcome them. Whether you think of yourself as a leader or not, this cohort will challenge you to be the best leader you can be in whatever role you serve in at NMC. Make a difference; be a leader.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe time commitment to participate in Foundations of Leadership was well worth it. \u00a0The best thing was getting to work with a great team (the class). \u00a0We learned new skills and approaches, then worked together to solve imaginary and real problems. \u00a0I was inspired and empowered by all of our speakers from within NMC and from the community.\u201d<\/p>\n
