Are you putting money into a Flexible Spending Account this year?<\/b><\/p>\n

Meritain Health is administering the flexible spending account for both medical and dependent care costs in 2015. \u00a0Please be advised that automatic payments from your Flex accounts for medical costs will not occur through Meritain, as they did with Priority Health.<\/p>\n

You will have to submit a Reimbursement Request Form (page 12 in the Meritain Flex Kit). If you are interested in setting up direct deposit, please refer to page 14.<\/p>\n

Blue Cross Blue Shield \u00a0Prescriptions<\/b><\/p>\n

Please be aware that Blue Cross does have some prescriptions that require a pre-authorization before they will be approved. \u00a0Please check out the list of those medications on the website at<\/p>\n
