Next class January 21. Call 995-1700 to register.<\/p>\n<p><em>Running Effective Meetings- <\/em>Do you feel like you spend more time sitting in pointless meetings than getting any real work done? Do you find yourself thinking you&#8217;re having the same conversations over and over again? If so, this training will help you enhance your team or work group&#8217;s productivity through more focused and effective use of meeting time. Class offered January 28 and May 12. Call 5-1700 to register.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u200bContinuous Improvement and Problem Solving- <\/em>Learn basic tools for implementing a continuous improvement system. Identify 3 levels of continuous improvement, Identify strategies for surfacing and capturing problems, Write a clear problem statement, Use tools to analyze root cause, Use strategies for documenting and sharing Continuous Improvement projects.
