One area in which we seek to make notable improvement over this next operational planning cycle is with outcomes and metrics (the left side of the A3 or first page of the Word version). To aid in this improvement, ORPE has teamed up with NMC\u2019s Professional Development Institute to develop additional training on developing metrics.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>These new training\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/tutorials.html\">tutorials<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/tools.html\">tools<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0are available on the ORPE intranet site located\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/index.html\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Additionally, there will be a workshop on \u00a0Friday,\u00a0January 16 from 1-2:30pm designed\u00a0for drop-in support in revising your department\u2019s A3 outcomes and metrics.\u00a0 The session will be held in Founders Hall Rm. 110.<\/p>\n<p>ORPE is also available to meet with your department at a time that is convenient for you.
