If you know of a student who is struggling mentally with stress, depression or anxiety, they can offer personal counseling services free of charge to all students. They can also help students get connected with other community resources for help with housing, food assistance, child care and transportation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Please don&#8217;t hesitate to give their office a call or walk a student down if you are concerned. They are here to help! This time of the semester can be very difficult for students with the ending of the semester near and the holidays quickly approaching.
