Our current process &#8211; Aligned Planning &#8211; utilizes the Plan, Do, Check, Adjust approach to continuous improvement and has yielded a strategic plan that is regularly reviewed and updated based on new information. These revisions help ensure that NMC is agile in responding to new opportunities and shifting priorities.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It is in this light that we are making available a revised strategic plan that includes goals and targets for FY&#8217;15 and FY&#8217;16. The document is available on the intranet located\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/strategy.html\">here<\/a>.<\/strong> The revisions incorporate input from a small subgroup of Leadership Group that met back in early July at the 2014 Strategy Retreat. The document has been further revised with input from President&#8217;s Council as well as other members of the college community over the past few months.<\/p>\n<p>The strategic plan provides a high level roadmap for the progress we intend to make as a campus community towards achieving our strategic directions and making continuous improvement with the institutional effectiveness criteria. This is important work that we can all have a part in achieving.<\/p>\n<p>Now we are formally entering the operational planning process for FY&#8217;16. Revised operational plan A3 templates are available on the ORPE intranet site located\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/templates.html\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Please note that we are no longer supporting the Excel vision of the A3. Please convert to the Word version with the FY&#8217;16 planning year.<\/p>\n<p>The full set of Program Review data are also available on the ORPE intranet site located\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/data\/program-review\/index.html\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Departmental operational plan A3&#8217;s are due by\u00a0<strong>February 16, 2015\u00a0<\/strong>to ORPE.
