One area in which we seek to make notable improvement over this next operational planning cycle is with outcomes and metrics (the left side of the A3 or first page of the Word version). To aid in this improvement, ORPE has teamed up with NMC\u2019s Professional Development Institute to develop additional training on developing metrics.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>These new training <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/tutorials.html\">tutorials<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/tools.html\">tools<\/a> are available on the ORPE intranet site located <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/support-toolbox\/index.html\">here<\/a>. Additionally, there will be two workshops available for drop-in support in revising your department\u2019s A3 outcomes and metrics. These workshops will take place on <strong>Friday, November 14 from 1-2:30 p.m.<\/strong> and <strong>Friday, January 16 from 1-2:30 p.m.<\/strong> Both will be held in Founders Hall Rm. 110.<\/p>\n<p>ORPE is also available to meet with your department at a time that is convenient for you.
