Todd went above and beyond his duties to help a struggling tenant back up a U-Haul trailer (with car in tow!) into the apartment parking lot. After several unsuccessful attempts to back up the U-Haul by the tenant, Todd happened by and was asked if he could help. He tried to direct the tenant to back up the U-Haul but the tenant was already frazzled in trying to do so without taking out another tenant’s car. So Todd climbed into the U-Haul and within minutes had the U-Haul (with car in tow!) backed up and parked successfully. A feat not many of us can do! Todd, who knew your Coast Guard training would be put to such good use here at NMC? Thank you!
