Food Literacy encompasses the ideas of the community and access to good food, understanding where our food comes from, and the health of the people and environments as it relates to food. Express your Food Literacy with a story, poem, journalistic article, film, photograph, illustration, or design for the NMC Magazine. Deadline for submissions is October 26.
