Joy is originally from Pennsylvania, but moved to Waco, Texas to finish her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Baylor University. She then moved back to PA for two years and continued her education at the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Master’s in Research Methodology before moving back to TX. Her previous work experience in higher education includes her role as an Adjunct Psychology Instructor, and both a Coordinator and Director of Institutional Research.
Joy enjoys visiting with my nieces and nephew, running, cycling, weight training, baking, and has become increasingly engaged in home remodeling projects over the years.
