We are using the Code Red text alert system for emergency text messages. Code Red needs to have your carrier (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) in order to send a message correctly. Please check to see that your carrier information is correct in our system by following these steps:

  • Provide your carrier on the text message setup page in NMC Self Service> Personal Information> Text Message Opt in/opt out.
  • Unsure of your carrier? Send a text message to your email address and the information after your phone number should include your carrier. For example, if the from address looks like this, 5551231234@mms.att.net, the carrier is AT&T.
