This holiday season give the gift of recognition! Nominate your colleagues for Employee of the Semester-Fall Semester. Please take a moment to help us honor an NMC employee who has gone above and beyond for Fall 2014.  

  1. Use the attached nomination form or
  2. Submit a nomination electronically at  http://www.nmc.edu/departments/human-resources/kudos.html
  • List “Employee of the Semester-Fall” in your online nomination.
  • Click on/respond to the values that speak to the employee’s outstanding performance for fall.

All nominees who are not selected will receive a letter of recognition.

Send your nominations to Human Resources by noon on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.  Please provide specific examples to help the Committee identify outstanding performance for the semester!
