Strategic Plan available and operational planning underway
NMC’s updated strategic plan is now available for review on the Office of Research, Planning, and Effectiveness (ORPE) intranet site located here under the heading “FY17 Strategy Documents”. The development of this plan began in the summer months with an initial review by President’s Council. A draft version was made available in October to Leadership Group during a two week comment period. (more…)
